Welcome to Lost in the Rhythm, a home for deep, soulful, and spiritually-infused dance music. We’re excited to have you join us on this journey where community, culture and good music collide for genuine dancefloor moments.
Founded by DJ, broadcaster and London creative Rob Coley, Lost in the Rhythm is built on a foundation of decades spent DJing, digging through crates, and curating events. Our music reflects the roots of house, disco, boogie and beyond, drawing from a vinyl collection that spans over 50 years and a thirst for new music that continues to define today’s musical landscape.

Deep, Soulful and Afro Dance for the Musically Minded
Every month we record a two-hour radio show that’s broadcast on DanceGruv Radio and archived on YouTube and Mixcloud. Alongside a carefully chosen guest, it’s an opportunity for us to share some of the newest sounds with that deep, soulful and afro-dance feel that continues to inspire us. The newest series of these shows is available right now, but you can also head over to Mixcloud to catch some of our previous episodes that were recorded for the now defunct Universal Rhythms station. The Label
The debut Lost in the Rhythm EP brings together a dynamic collection of deep, soulful, and organic house music.
Showcasing fresh tracks from emerging global talents Floyd Vader (Portland), Mikekon (Sydney), Guerilla Science (Toronto), and DJ SoliD (Toronto) with vocals from Novakane Omega, Sarah Lyons and a standout remix by London’s Shukie, this limited-edition vinyl release strikes a balance between honouring the roots of the genre and blazing new ground.
Revisting ADE 2024
After last year’s Lost in the Rhythm debut, we returned to Amsterdam this past October for ADE24.
We had such a ball in 2023 that we just had to do it all again and last October, we launched the new label properly with guest DJ sets from Los Angeles native Juliet Mendoza, the Dam’s DJ Tracksuit and our London brother Pappafunk. Six hours of dope music celebrating the best in deep, soulful, and spiritual dance music. You can watch the whole show now on Lost in the Rhythm TV.
